Hareold Fling is your average forest creature in Mid-evil England making an honest living selling fresh vegetables from a cart and as a part-time actor. Because of his good nature, and kindness towards others he is one of the most well liked citizens of Surewood Forest.
His happy go lucky world is turned upside down when the ruthless, greedy Toad King takes over the land and begins taxing, stealing and enslaving everyone near and far. In an attempt to stop the Toad King’s Henchman from harming some children, Hareold Fling is beaten up and left for dead at the edge of the forest by the ocean. He’s found by a wandering fisherman who brings him aboard his ship. As Hareold is nursed back to health, they travel to different corners of the earth.
The first in the trilogy of DC Superhero books I’ve been working on.
Pierre is an artist that paints with his tale and Pal’ette is his faithful sidekick. “Pierre First Show” will help children become aware of and appreciate the world around them as well as inspire their own creativity! Parents and children will also recognize characters based on famous artists.

Here are pics of the piece I did for Mark Nagata’s Toy Karma 2 show this weekend, Sept. 5th 2009 hosted by Kirby and Whitney @ Rotofugi in Chicago.
Here’s a piece I did for my pal Mark Nagata’s Captain Max Toy and Target Earth’s Gameldon toy collaboration. My illustration was part of a packet of Japanese “Bromide Cards”, (sort of like big trading cards) depicting various artists interpertations of theses fantastic toys.
A while back my mom sent me some old photos of me on my first bike in Argentina and some pics of me with my banana bike back in the day in good ‘ol Cleveland. As a young boy in the 70s having a bicycle and not just any bike, a banana seat chopper, wheelie bike, was my elevation to independence. To ride with the summer breeze in my face anywhere and anytime without wearing out my kicks and in record time was the freedom I longed for as a boy.
