This is a Japanese B2 Poster (20.3" x 28.7") for the 1962 Japanese animated feature film "Otogi's Voyage Around the World" (Japanese title: おとぎの世界旅行, Otogi no Sekai Ryoko).

Produced by Otogi Pro, the studio led by famous manga artist Ryuichi Yokoyama, the film is an omnibus collection of seven short animated segments originally completed in 1960 and later edited together for a theatrical release. The film was distributed by Toho and was famously screened in Japanese theaters alongside the original King Kong vs. Godzilla (1962).
