This is a 1929 Argentine One-Sheet (29"x 47") re-release poster for the 1915 Argentine silent film "Nobleza Gaucha" (Gaucho Nobility). 

The story is a classic melodrama where a heroic gaucho, played by Arturo Mario, rescues his beloved Maria Padin from a licentious landowner who abducted her from the countryside to his palace in Buenos Aires. It is considered the first major Argentine feature film and was a massive commercial success, as indicated by the "14 Años de Exito" (14 Years of Success) header on this re-release poster.
