The film follows the titular character Superargo, a costumed wrestler-turned-superhero with extraordinary mental and physical powers. In this adventure, Superargo is tasked by secret services to investigate the mysterious disappearance of top athletes. He discovers they are being transformed into mindless, superhuman "faceless giants" by a mad scientist.
