This is a Japanese STB Tatekan Poster (2-panels -20" x 58") for the 1975 Japanese theatrical release of "Wolf Guy", originally titled Urufu gai: Moero ôkami-otoko.

Starring Shin'ichi "Sonny" Chiba, who plays a reporter and werewolf martial arts specialist. Directed by Kazuhiko Yamaguchi the film is a  cult classic blend of horror, martial arts, and thriller. Based on a manga series by Kazumasa Hirai, the story follows Chiba's character as he investigates mysterious killings linked to a spectral wolf while being hunted by secret organizations and gangsters.
