This is a French Grande (47"x 63") poster for the 1958 U.S. film Cowboy, a Western directed by Delmer Daves.

The artwork is a lithograph by the prolific French movie poster artist Guy-Gérard Noël, whose signature is visible on the right side of the poster.

The story follows Frank Harris (played by Jack Lemmon), a Chicago hotel receptionist who dreams of the cowboy life and joins cattle rancher Tom Reece (Glenn Ford) on a drive, learning the harsh realities of the American West. The film was produced by Columbia Pictures and Julian Blaustein, filmed in Technicolor and Megascope. The artwork was designed by Kerfyser.
