This is a 1950 Belgian poster (24.5" x 39") advertising the Belgium Land of Carillons (or Belgique: Pays des carillons in French), created by the artist Jacques Richez.
The poster promotes Belgium's heritage of carillons (musical instruments consisting of at least 23 cast bronze bells). Historically printed by H. Mensen for the National Tourist Office in Belgium.
