This is an Italian 2 Fogli poster (39" x 55") for the 1970 British psychological thriller The Man Who Haunted Himself, released in Italy under the title L'uomo che uccise se stesso. 

Starring Roger Moore as Harold Pelham, a conservative businessman who survives a near-fatal car crash only to find his life being taken over by a mysterious doppelgänger.

Directed by Basil Dearden, tragically, this was his final film; he died in a car accident in 1971 at the exact location where his character crashes in the film. The film also features Olga Georges-Picot as Julie Anderson and Hildegard Neil as Eve Pelham. Roger Moore considered this his best performance and personal favorite role, as it allowed him to show his range beyond the "heroic" persona he later became famous for as James Bond.
